How to

  • Click on the button Create user
  • Choose how you want to register: with UniLogin, Google or with an email and password of your choice.
  • Once you have created your account, please remember that the information you have just provided will be needed for your next login.

How to

  • Click on the button Sign in in the upper right corner.
  • When logging into MyAccount, you must always select the login option you chose when you first set up your account.
  • If you forget your password, you can always use the link Forgot password? at the bottom of the login page.

Husk at du altid har en email tilknyttet din bruger:

På MinKonto kan man oprette sig på flere måder, men der er altid en email tilknyttet din bruger.

Står du i en situation, hvor du fx ikke kan logge ind med dit Unilogin, så kan du altid logge ind med email og adgangskode.

Kender du ikke adgangskoden til din bruger, skal du blot benytte dig af Glemt adgangskode, som du finder nederst på log ind-siden.

Med ovenstående er du sikret adgang til dine materialer, hvis dine andre log ind-muligheder fejler.

Once you have registered at MyAccount, you will be able to access and edit your information in Edit profile.

Click on the top right-hand corner and select Edit profile in the menu.

If you edit any information, remember to save it. Click on ‘Save’.

 

The page My materials gives you an overview of the material you have access to on MyAccount. All you have to do to open the material, is to click on it. 

Favorite material
Mark the material you use most often with a star, so it is shown at the top of the page.

Filter
Use the filter options. That way, you get a more specific view of your materials, for example by filtering by subject, educational programme or publisher.

You can also find an overview of:

  • the newest material on MyAccount
  • materials that are going to be published soon. All internetBooks on this list are available for free until the day they are set to be published
  • licences, you have activated earlier, but are now expired.

You activate the eKey you have purchased or received on the page Activate eKey.

After you have activated the eKey, the material will be available in the menu item My materials.

How to activate your eKey
Once you have purchased a licence to an eBook, an eKey will be sent to your e-mail address. You need to activate your eKey to get started. Click on Activate eKey in the menu and enter the eKey you received by e-mail. Next, click on Activate. The book is now ready for use under My materials.

How to find your eBook access code
Every time you use your eBook, you will have to enter your eBook access code. If you cannot remember this code, you can find it on MyAccount by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner, followed by Edit profile in the menu. Next, click on the Show access code for eBooks button to display your code. This code is used for all of your eBooks.

How to download you eBook
After activating your licence, you will find your eBook on the page My materials. To open the eBook, click on Download under the image of your eBook. You need to use your eBook access code every time you open the eBook. 

– access to all internetBooks for your subjects

As a validated teacher, you get free and unlimited access to all internetBooks for your subjects as well as access to Teaching Resources e.g:

  • Manuals
  • Suggestions for courses
  • Specific interactive exercises which you may share with your students
  • Suggestive answers

Content may vary from internetBook to internetBook.

How to become validated teacher:

  • Create a user on MyAccount as a teacher.
  • Choose your subjects under Edit profile. You can choose as many subjects as you would like to.

The moment the person in charge at your school approves you as a teacher, you are validated as a teacher. You will then find your new internetBooks under ‘My materials’ on MyAccount. On the individual internetBook you will find the area 'Teaching Resources', which contains teacher material related to the publication.

This arrangement includes more than 500 internetBooks from the following publishers: Columbus, Dansklærerforeningens Forlag, Frydenlund, Gyldendal, Nucleus Forlag and Systime

The arrangement applies to teachers at stx, hf, hhx, htx, eux, eud, fvu, fgu, avu and du and includes all student-oriented internetBooks.

On the page Adminster eKey you can, as a teacher, check which students have activated an eKey. You can only use this service if you are a teacher and have access to material that can be activated by multiple users.

eKey Administrator 
If you as a teacher get validated as an eKey Administrator by Systime Customer Service, you have the possibility to delete or change users of a specific eKey.

You can activate an eKey for a specific user and activate an eKey for a specific group, which you have created in My groups.
You therefore have the opportunity to search for:

  • User e-mail
  • Group name

Get more information about the requirements for eKey administration and apply to be an eKey Administrator by writing to systime@systime.dk.

On the page My iCourses you can access all the iCourses your teachers have shared with you.

Click on the iCourse you are going to work on and the iCourse will appear on a list.

On the page Trial Access, you have the possibility to get free access to each individual internetBook for 48 hours.

The 48 hours start when you click 'Start trial'. When you have clicked on this button, you will find the internetBook under My materials.

Each internetBook can be tried once.

On the page My groups you can, as a teacher, create a group of students. This might be applicable if you want to share a course with a specific class or a group of students. When you create a group, you can choose to create a Global group. If you choose to make the group global, it will be visible for the whole institution.
